Description r.rhenus ZW 977 is a mineral-oil-free defoamer based on modified organo-siloxanes featuring outstanding anti-foam properties. It is suitable for all water-mixed coolants and serves only for re-defoaming.Compared to the traditional defoamer which only achieves short-time foam breaks, anti-foam agent 977 maintains its anti-foaming effect over a long period.r.rhenus ZW 977 can be used without problem over long times without problem and, if necessary, can be added repeatedly.

Application Add the anti-foam agent to the coolant emulsion in a concentration of 0,001 %.The foam breaking effect is subject to the concentration and general condition of the emulsion.It is recommended to add a small amount first and then as much antifoam agent as necessary to reach sufficient foam break.
r.rhenus ZW 977 should be put into the backflow of the system to achieve a constant distribution. If sprayed, the foam will brake up immediately. It can also be added by means of an automated drop-dispenser.Shake well before use.
